Archive of Years to Come
"Archive of years to come" is a “time machine”, accelerating the ageing of books into objects with a sense of history.
It treats books with UVC radiation lamps and high humidity levels inside a sealed chamber and takes four hours to age a book by a whole year.

Tree Fungus
The design Tree Fungus is a furniture where two halves of a pollard willow have been connected by a parasite-like structure. By means of this combination a roomdivider arises. When you open a willow stem you will find a lot of fungi and moulds. The parasite-like structure is inspired on these fungi and moulds.
This project had been put in practice jointly with the artist Bauke Fokkema.

Alessian 2012 / concept
The concept represents a complex approach to shaping in automotive design. The shapes are stretched over the chassis of the car as muscles, generating contrasting appeal and energy sweeping around the car's body.
Today's production hasn't surpassed the past in complexity of aesthetics, yet the technologies have evolved greatly.
The concept brings what the true luxury and exquisite production should offer the customers, not only superb technology, but also the up to date aesthetics.

Inflatable side table
The inflatable side table is fabricated with a highly durable neoprene polyester fabric. Using inflatable technology proved to be an effective appraoch to allow the user to interact with the object in a different way by blowing up their fruniture. I provides longevity as a reaction to consumption placing it into a contemporary context by giving long term satisfaction.
