METRONOME Delta Light
Rather than just use a print or piece of fabric Tim Van Steenbergen decided to play with the light effect. He wanted to go back to the
product, the essence, the values, the content. He embarked on a quest
for beauty and aesthetic that also characterizes his other creations.
The designer started working on the original lighting object. He covered
it with fabric and cut it. Known for his artistically draped
silhouettes, Tim was looking to bring that level of craftsmanship to the
lighting object. He was inspired to create an object that plays with
light and shadow. The result is a unique and versatile object. Under a
waterfall of white aluminium strips, the warm light conjures up a
magical play of light and shadow.
The metronome is a completely new product range, associated with the Husk but unique on its own.
