This table designed by George Rice for Formtank is the first in the 2foldlow series to be produced from mirror polished stainless steel.
The sub-structure has been laser cut and then folded from sheet steel to form a striking geometric union of creativity and logic. The triangles in the cross section provide the strength while creating the illusion of there being more material at work than there actually is. As a prototype the surface does however have some minor defects and is therefore offered at a much reduced price.
