IGA is a chair inspired by the shape of the origami swan. There are open spaces in it's arms which make storage possible. I've been observing European furniture market. I noticed that very popular are ready to assemble furniture, because it's easy to transport them. So that's why the IGA will be selling in flat packages.
The chair consists from four main components. There are legs, seat and backrest inside the box. There is also another, small box contained connecting parts. I figured out how to connect all the components without a glue and screws. This innovative solution allows for assembling the pieces together in a very short period of time. Besides, any tool won't be needed. I haven't seen similar solutions on the furniture market. I think it can be interesting for the customers. Especially when they see the already assembled chair and can't find visible connectors.
 
The project is in development stage. It will be on the market soon. I look for retailers and wholesalers.
