Front photo sheet layout is laminated behind acrylic. Back photo sheet layout is laminated behind acrylic. The 2 laminates are laminated back to back. Result is a sandwich of acrylic on top, photo sheet and photo sheet back to back in the middle and acrylic on the bottom. The sandwich is lasercut into rings and charms. Finishing of edges / deburring. Rings and charms are packaged individually.
