Estudihac from Valencia is led by Jose Manuel Ferrero. In 2009 the industrial and interior design studio recieved among other awards and selections, two ADCV awards. Besides for SANCAL the Studio also designed for Vondom, Punt Mobles, Porcelanosa, Gandia Blasco.
The 2010 “TEA”-collection is the result of reclaiming an aesthetic pleasure perceived by sight and touch, an intense search to arouse emotions in the user and inspired by teatime – by the old, delicate china tea-set.
With Anglo-Saxon discipline, estudihac combines textures and materials in the purest British style. The upholstery is a delicate prêt-à-porte covering of quilted matt velvet in sober colours and patterned squares. It is an ad hoc selection made from Star upholsteries and Pro2 from the Danish brand Kvadrat, where beiges, greys, browns, maroons, greens and copper colours prevail.
The hexagonal-quilted and the bicolour options are key elements for this revised classic, contemporary and casual but always elegant and distinguished. It is undoubtedly one of the most special and innovative ranges from SANCAL.
The collection consists of small armchairs, sofas and armchairs. New and exciting pieces will be added in the near future.
