SugarCubeLight SCL-T

Arteo Designgroup in Munich developed the first ambientlight with a shade made from sugar crystals. In co-operation with the german Nordzucker AG it was possible to create a sugarcube which withstands fluctuations of temperature and humidity.

The lamp is handcrafted for Winhold Creative Services at a workshop for handicapped people in Weissenburg / Bavaria.

SugarCubeLight comes in 4 different variations: Table, pendant, wall and wall/ceiling, always with a solid double-oiled walnut stand and transparent wiring and can be ordered online on:
