east – the new project by Christoph Strenger, 45, Marc Ciunis, 41, and Anne-Marie Bauer, 46, has opened on 28th October 2004 in Simon-von-Utrecht-Straße. It adds considerably to Hamburg’s restaurant and nightlife scene and will cause designer hearts to beat more quickly. With a fascinating location and an elaborate restaurant and hotel concept it offers a dining experience for the greatest demands. And this in the centre of the city, parallel to the Reeperbahn.
