3-Dimensional poetry with no rhymes

Silenzio is a cubic table lamp prototype created for Industreal DREAM 2006 design competition using 3D printer technology. It integrates typography with lighting. Silenzio generates a poetic, dream-like ambiance by reflecting its typography on its surroundings which leads the user into an inspirational journey. The cut-out and add-on letters on the lamp creates a play of negative-positive space which works well both during the day and night-time. Designer: Senem Goctu, Marlène Bureaux Made in: Canada
