The new building for "KMS" is designed by bob-architektur, cologne. The building for machine and equipment repair is located in a commercial park near Kamp-Lintfort (Lower Rhine Area). It contains a workshop of 500 m² a showroom for tools an equipment and about 200 m² of office space for administration.

To represent the young firm in a new environment Dipl.-Ing. Robert Wetzels developed a remarkable building for his client. The buildings outer skin is made of dark grey sandwich façade elements. In contrast to the outer look the inner surfaces are all in white and light colours. The extraordinary design of this building, the dark, monochrome façade with its light green KMS-logo, reflects the companies own identity in its commercial park context.
