Column system in structural polymer, with ceramic or Vetro Ghiaccio ® wash basins A one-off structure that balances the weight of its parts and finds equilibrium in the intersection of a vertical matrix and a horizontal one. An apparent conflict that resolves in an elegant blend of curves and straight lines.

The design was inspired by an intention to integrate the key elements of a bathroom - the washbasin, the taps, a shelf surface, cabinet, mirror, and light – into a single self-supporting structure. The system comprises a column and semi-column, a cabinet with a "mirror" of reflecting sheet metal with 99% albedo, and an indirect lighting system.
