this lightobject functions as a unique piece as well as in combination with several identical copies of its kind and can be seen therefore as an extendable lightinstallation. two narrow, horizontal and straight-lined sources of light inside of the objects project a bright field on a housing made of acryl-glass. therefore the cover becomes a kind of a projection screen. the movement of the sources of light is quiet and linear. at the end of the acryl cover the lightobject changes its direction and leaves again opposed. the linearity and the propagation of the moving sources of light limited in itself remind of a scanning procedure. dimensions: approx. 2020mm x 80mm x 140mm (width, depth, height)
