Archipel Rug

Archipel is built by a unique method of trimming fringes. Each piece of fabric is wrapped in around each other, creating gyres, or a vortex-like effect. Colored straps are inserted to help emphasize the lapping of the waves against the islands, and give the water an iridescent look. The small, soft islands also serve as a seating area, and some are removable, doubling as additional floor seating.
