Facet Table

The table was designed to be a center piece of the living room as well as a functioning piece of furniture using innovative techniques in design, construction, and materials. The table was designed using 3-d modeling software from the initial concepts, sketches, and refinement, to actual prototyping. This process allows the design to take on a form that may not have been reached using conventional design techniques. The table is constructed of milled bamboo plywood, corian, and steel.
