Los Angeles Espresso Set
With playful impudence, Pozzi has designed sleek modern forms poised in ascent or descent. The user controls their fate. Grab the ergonomic wing-handles, flip the cups onto their halos, and they form a tableau of fallen angels ready to hold the most potent espresso. Flip them again and the cups appear to have a life of their own. They become characters transforming the user’s kitchen into a theater.
Hovering above the porcelain quartet, the steel espresso maker is composed of angel fragments.
