Bluestone is a residential land development brand we created for Sunland Group.
A high-end marketing suite including branding, brochures, stationery, signage and sales suite internal graphics were developed using ethereal photography by Peter Bennetts in the natural environment of the estate. Combined with an elegant logotype, the A3 large format brochure included gloss and matt laminates over speciality stocks to create a powerful statement for Sunland.
