Locally manufactured in Los Angeles, this stool incorporates environmentally responsible design, multifunctionality and a playful aesthetic. This design is based on a traditional Portuguese stool, but incorporates a new vision. With a slot cut out of one side, the stool can serve a second purpose as a doorstop or even as a side table. Open was designed to incorporate functionality and mood.

These chairs are awesome. The juxtaposition of unfinished wood and the brightly painted part is very striking. I'd love to have a set of these!
