A Mann For All Seasons

A simple, elegant briefcase like this was once owned by German author Thomas Mann. Based on a photograph of Mann taken in the 1920's where he holds an overstuffed, soft-leather briefcase, Robert Horn, leather-wares manufacturer in Vienna designed a replica of this single compartment briefcase. Its soft leather allows one to stuff in an unbelievable amount of books and objects — and as one can see on the old photograph, Mr. Mann has done just that!
