Lloop
The lamp Lloop is adjustable in height by extending or shortening the loop which comes as the result of a simple wooden piece. With this the function becomes the decoration, simple and clear with no hidden techniques.
Available in three different types and colors: Lloop basic | adjustable in height, Lloop wall | adjustable in height and can be placed on the wall, Lloop table | adjustable in height and can be placed directly on the table.

Chair #29 [Stoel #29]
“A chair where function and construction come together in a detailed language of form and a clear silhouette.”
This chair is the result of a form analysis of a traditional chair. With this project Paolo Pedretti graduated at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy. After his graduation a part of this research has been continued with the Dutch design label Vij5, resulting in the design of Chair #29.

CableLamp [Kabellamp]
“A collection of lamps using power cable as a decorative element.”
Everything gets wireless these days, but for that very reason Vij5 uses power cable as decoration. The cable is braided through the frame of a series of used lamps. Therefore every lamp is unique and the shape of the original lamp determines its final form.
This collection will be produced in limited amounts, lamps will be produced on order.

FlexVase [FlexVaas]
“Always a vase that fits your flowers !”
The porcelain FlexVase consists of a base part with three different inserts. The inserts can be exchanged to adapt the vase to the bouquet it holds. Based on the weckpot principle, a practical clip holds the pieces together while giving the vase a simple decoration.

a Piece of Carpet [een Stukje Tapijt]
“A flexible carpet of 100% wool felt, assembled in different shapes and sizes by the use of puzzle tiles.”
An adult carpet with a playfull charm. The shape and size are adaptable to the interior. Each set consists out of a series puzzle tiles in 5 different shapes. For example it is possible to make a square carpet, a rectangular carpet, a cornered layout, etc.

Wrapped [Ingewikkeld]
“A complicated stool with a simple construction, without using glue or screws!”
Separate wooden parts and approximately 110 meters of rope result in the design of the stool Wrapped. By simply wrapping the rope around, the construction is fixed, without using glue or screws.
Wrapped is a translation of the word Ingewikkeld in Dutch where it means both ‘wrapped’ and ‘complicated’ in one single word.
