P4 ChairDesigned for contract, the P4 chair is made out of two pieces of bent aluminum. The chair back, arms, and legs are folded out of one single piece of 1/4" 5052 aluminum, and nest with each other as to not take up space in the production facility. When it comes time to fabricate, all that is needed is six quick stitch welds. This keeps production costs low, while not sacrificing quality.

Sirius Table by halfwayhousedesignThe Table Sirius is meant to display a playful attitude while at the same time showcasing simple construction and honesty in materials. It is made of two separate sheets of stainless steel and fastened together with two aluminum pins. The galvanic reaction between the two dissimilar metals creates a bond comparable in strength to a weld.
