Oak Tree table

The 'Oak Tree' table is the result of a client request: a coffee table, based on the previous 'Stink Tree' design, that would evoke the oak trees found on their property and be fabricated in solid mahogany. The studio re-designed the tree silhouette, and to accommodate a commitment to sustainable practices, built the piece out of low-VOC Medite II MDF and FSC-certified sapele veneer. The resulting piece is warm and substantial, while the simplicity of its lines harmonize with a modern interior.

Wasted

Don't let the name fool you, as the discarded industrial materials that make up this series of tables are far from wasted. Various wood scraps, off-cuts and excess supply from local shops are collected and patterned into tabletops and stands. The intricate patchwork patterns created from a variety of wood tones and textures beg to be inspected at close range. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and dictated by the availability of material.

Cornered

'cornered', as we call it, means to be simple. It values clean surface area yet holds a place for your favorite few books or magazines. It's just your average coffee table with one leg constructed as a cross-section of a rotated cube that embodies the inherent function of all coffee tables. Nice and easy.

Shady #1 (tree)

The first in the 'shady' line is a coffee table. The silhouette of a tree is extruded from the surface and cloaked in black. Made from recycled materials, its highly durable and the crevasse can be useful or purely aesthetic, depending on the users disposition. Available with or without a glass top.

Twisted

Twisted is a console table, wall mounted cubby, or stand alone bookcase. The unique feature is a 3 axis "twist' that is understated in its impact but garners curiosity and intrigue upon closer inspection. It comes in a variety or materials finishes and configurations.
