AM CorporativeThe operation of the company is one of the main features of this project, for which spaces were rationalized according to the daily operation areas in combination with the executive spaces. Flexibility, comfort and privacy in composition with selected finishes for walls and floors, mark the difference between each one. The central showroom is double height, replicating the atmosphere of a playground, one of the main company’s businesses.

LightmexThe showroom for Lightmex Ilumination, was a great challenge for DIN interiorismo. In this project the adequate combination between the vast products variety and the different spaces was achieved according to the flexibility needed for the daily operation.

dic & co.The merchandise exhibition is just the first step for a successful store. For the footwear specialist’s dic & co, the most important target was to generate adequate atmospheres for each collection. Being a concept that combines, regular sale and outlet, showroom and storage were blended in order to have the largest number of models at display, offering a quick and efficient service.

Excelsior corporate officeNewspaper Excelsior’s new administration, decided to renovate their image, starting with the newspaper and their corporative offices. The new graphic image of this important national newspaper is revealed in a business interior design leveled as an international quality company. The interior design -open and refreshed- motivates communication, a vital element in the business, and allows the flow and exchange of ideas and information.

ProdemexAll details are combined to generate a space where productivity is the main feature. The element selection, that emphasizes this corporate office, is the perfect balance between functionality and image. Circulation and areas were solved in a hexagonal layout that defines the group dynamic, which was also accentuated with the paintings and images in the glass panels that reflect their strongest activity: construction. Imagen Corporate OfficeCommunication is Grupo Imagen spinal column. This important media company, that now a day has a newspaper, as well as radio and TV broadcast, asked DIN interiorismo for an interior design project that responds to a motionless company. Piramides Narvarte HotelThe main design concept was to create an oasis within Mexico City. The interior design of Hotel Pirámides Narvarte is a retreat in where warmth and harmony are the leading characters of the ambiance. The result is a beach lounge atmosphere to get rid of the stress generated by day to day activities in this big city.

Ixtla HotelLocated in the municipality of Ixtlahuaca in the State of Mexico, Hotel Ixtla takes its name from the common word that the locals have given to this candid town. The name has Nahuatl origins and its meaning is: prairie, place with no trees. The idea was to create a framed bed with a wood canopy that goes down to the floor creating a platform; light colors, indirect lights and sensual flowers pictures, enhance the atmosphere.

Chelu ApartmentThe regular space of this house, counted already with most of the dividing walls. The main halls represented a great challenge, being the heart of the residence. One of the most amused sites was the children room, where the design gambled with forms and passionate colors.

MoRo houseHouse Room located in southern Mexico City. The interior project was developed by DIN interiorismo jointly with the client, which in this case had a very important role. The whole house was designed for the enjoyment of the clients and that’s why play areas abound, for the girl’s entertainment and education. Also because of the interest on film and music there are many spaces for the enjoyment of these, as the media room or high-quality sound in the garden.

Toronjos ApartmentA small, shapely wood paneled hall isolates the door of the elevator; the living room and dining room are open and divided by a large sill and it support a sculpture. There is a wall that becomes a bar on the side of the antechamber while, on the other side, it is an item furniture for housing de TV. Sleek built-in boxes are used to define these areas with indirect perimeter light and direct light guided on to the points of greater relevance.

PH BosquesFor this project at Mexico City, in a space of 370 m2 Art Arquitectos developed an interior design project with sober and simple materials that harmonize with dominating maple wood floor in the private rooms. The grand curved wall that penetrates the living and dining room is covered with wainscoting made from walnut wood chips, which form a membrane that appears to be floating along the wall.

Cinemex Corporate OfficeThe reception area was built to look like a grand theater foyer with the idea of exposing the original stone of the building, which was painted black to give depth to the space and the impression that the suspended partial ceilings are floating above. The sloping walls gradually cover areas where more privacy is required, creating an interesting illusion of movement within the space.

Cinemex Mundo E PlatinoThis five-room movie theater complex, which complements the ones that already existed, features 180-degree reclining chairs, support table, rotating tray and service without leaving the seat. The common areas are intimate but spacious, harnessing the impact of bright color like red, offset by beech wood and the neutral tone of black marble floors with bright touches, to create an ambience of uncomplicated stylishness.

OGGI JEANS CORPORATE OFFICEIn spite of their flowing, open design, the areas are clearly defined. In the middle is the large meeting room with its atmosphere of privacy and informality. The walls rise and fall in a concept of flow that projects the notion of “minds at work”. The trendy, graphic design apartments on either side of the meeting room are also open but well-defined. The cubicles in the middle portray a work area ambience.

Paul Mitchell SalonArt arquitectos designed this project for a Paul Mitchell salon, at Houston Texas. The low walls of this beauty salon bring out the depth of the space it’s housed in. The stone slab, is laid bare before the premises to provide a backdrop against which the round white soffits hanging over specific areas stand out. The haircut stations are semi-open and arranged in a circle around the focal point of the salon, which is where products on sale are displayed to the clientele.

A.P. HouseThe challenge of a project raised like minimalism style and forced to give personality and warmth to the spaces, was capital. All the rooms were designed specially for each member of the family, having in mind necessities and taste. Metropoli HotelThe great cities are the subject on which the interior design for this hotel was developed. The red color is the structure of the proposal and it was applied in ceilings and details of the furniture in different finishes.

IocusToys are more than a game at Iocus stores. This same philosophy is what DIN Interiorismo transformed into a space where exhibition is part of the client experience. The different atmospheres combination -in cheerful colors, forms and heights- generates a space in which buying is also part of the game.

V HouseThe house was designed in three levels, two upper ones and a basement. From almost every point there are magnificent views of the garden and teak terrace. The combination between the areas and the finishes used in each one, is what gives personality to the public zone keeping a sober and neutral atmosphere. The answer to the low maintenance requirements and the adequate aging of the space with the natural patina that will acquire with time.
