The "GEA" lamp was designed by Arturo Álvarez and has just won a prestigious Design Award, the GOOD DESIGN. Granted by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design, "GEA" will take part in "The GOOD DESIGN SHOW 2009" exhibition with all the other designs awarded and will become part of the permanent collection of the Museum.

arturo alvarez presented “BETY” a unconventional and fun collection. Fetishism, sophistication, re-created femininity, an unfinished shape, free. An object with history and memory, which contributes a new narrative.
The designer gives the opportunity to the purchaser to participate in its design by cutting the strips of polypropylene to finish it off following his/her taste. Thus, Bety can be “combed” at home.
Made in white or black polypropylene, and measures 70x35x35 cm.

arturo alvarez presented “NIM”. A shape reduced to the minimum expression that can be joined with different units, creating different volumes.
