Flying Chair
The unique gravity contesting form of the Flying Chair is made possible
through the use of carbon fiber, which has a polished chrome finish.
The shine of the base is contrasted by the matte smooth surface of the
polyurethane fabric, which is used to upholster the seat.
The Flying Chair is built by hand
in the United States.

hai is german for shark, in english pronounced high and together with speed captures the visual qualities of the series.
In the hai_speed world there have been found six species so far. hai_speed beings are functional benches in their spare time. The picture is a digital rendering.
