Door handle XY

The door viewed from the front executes its function through rotation against the Z axis. And the door handle executes its function with the X axis rotating against the Y axis. The interpretation about axis is the beginning and the end of “XY” design.
And the intersection of X axis and Y axis adds hanger functionality to the door handle.

Axis

Axis is a stand hanger which its frame itself has a function of a hanger.
Some people will have an experience not hanging up clothes
since a stand hanger doesn’t have an aid hanger (a small hanger).
In such an experience, I found a design point of Axis.
A simple change of its structure makes Axis have two hidden hangers with a formative feature.

Pisa

This is a sofa designed by getting inspiration from ‘The Leaning Tower of Pisa’.
Stability through balance is one out of elements considered when furniture is designed. However, it can be an element limiting design.
I wanted to design a stable and convenient sofa in reality although it looked unstable.This form leaned forward as ‘The Leaning Tower of Pisa’ is a characteristics in this sofa’s form and helps this sofa play a role as a point furniture giving tension to simple space.

Glider

'Glider' is a bookshelf composed of boards in a form similar to wings of a glider.
A lot of books have differences in height and width.
Therefore, a lot of people have ever seen books inserted unevenly into a bookstand. The convex form similar to wings of a glider settles such a problem to some extent. It also gives rhythmical beauty to a simple space.

Gentleman

Gentleman is a table lamp in the form of a tuxedo shirt and a bow tie.
The bow tie can be applied to other bow ties, have different colors and shapes, for changing an atmosphere of the lamp.

Gorge by Ramei Keum

‘Gorge’ is a coffee table with a shape of a gorge.
Designing it, I strived to put it in a form so that elements composing of a table
such as a top board and legs may become one element, not individual elements.
The shape of a gorge folded in a V shape itself plays a structural role of supporting the top board of the table, and plays a role of holding/ keeping magazines or books as well as completing an aesthetic form of the table.
