Palomino Rocking Chair

PALOMINO shows us clever use for empty Perrier Bottles.
Throughout history humans have gone hand-in-hand with horses.
This “horse” definitely won’t win any races but it is sure to put a smile on your face. This “horse” reminds us of that toy that most of us had as infants. It could have been made out of wood, with a mop head, or simply a broom. It reminds of the countless hours dreaming of battles, conquests and adventures.

Who ever thought up the idea of turning bottles upside-down and putting them on construction rods? Is it an original idea of reuse? Maybe no one knows what the real origin is, but, in Mexico it is something very common.

Bar AL13

The Council of Culture Guadalajara invited: Sebastian & Mauricio Lara to create a designer piece for the LARVA gallery. Design had to specifically solve two functions:café bar&front desk. The design of the tiles were inspired by graffiti. These tiles were made in cast aluminum. The use of wood as the tabletop, and the use of lights along the top of the tile pieces, gives the space a unique personality which is linked to the artistic expressions presented in this cultural space.

The Mulli Pot

Mulli pot
The traditional Molcajete, which is used to prepare hot sauces in Mexico was the reference to this pig. This object is designed to put it at the entrance of the house and safeguard individual objects such as keys, cell phone or wallet. There is always something we should have handy when we arrive or leave home. This object is really useful for not loose daily use objects.
