Loop Lounge Chair was created to show the character which has become the advantage of rattan materials. The attention of the details especially on the construction and joint parts, was meant to add greater value on the piece of furniture.

asha stool
Made as a tribute for the victims of West Sumatera Earthquake in 2009, and inspired by the top of “Rumah Gadang” shapes. The name “Asha” is taken from Sanskrit word which means “Life”, with an intension to give hope and prayer for the victims.

pretzel bench
to create a piece of furniture from modular shapes that came from continuous lines of rattan materials, is my attention when create the “Pretzel Bench”. The pretzel shape was taken because it had a continuous line shapes and looped as a rope tie. “Pretzel Bench” was meant to show the most unique of rattan material characteristics, which is the “stretchy and able to be bend” character.
