That old lamp had followed him everywhere since he was a student. Now it has become a kind of fortune bringer, which does not produce more light, but instead it stands on the shelf as a trophy that demonstrates pride.

In the lamp "saving", this personal importance of the object is put on stage. L’Abatjour, now consumed by time is protected and emphasized through the protective glass.

The pot-holder "Waiting" is inspired by one of the mats on which, during many years in the cellar, dusty with residue, became fossilized, and just as a fossil, went back to tell stories of which it witnessed once before, many years ago.

An old vase, that no one liked anymore, now considered unnecessary and out of fashion. Its fate was to end among the waste, and to witness its passage in a house, remaining only with dust and water after being left after so many years unused; eventually, ignored by all. In the vase "missing" these tracks illuminate and witness the absence of something that once had been, but is no longer there.

Each scented candle lasts twenty minutes and has a different scent, and before dying it gives its flame to the one that follows. Arranging the candles according to their scent and lighting the first one, it's possible to know how much time has passed through the scents that mark the stages in the room.
