In the Foodlab+, experiments around food can be done, and people from different disciplines can apply for a project here. The lab will continue to develop itself into a rich platform where interaction between food designers, chefs and scientists is made possible. Also will the space be serving as a temporary event lab, and a source of inspiration on food and eating. Everything here will evolve around the experiment. It is set up to be open source, a lab where cross-fertilization can take place.
