In many cultures it is an old tradition to live on house boats. Many people feel the need to live close to water. A house boat is  fixed in place and can be a permanent home. In areas with big water surfaces or in cities where property costs are high house boats offer an alternative.

It is important to us that we do not design block houses. We try to give our homes the right balance between design and maritime romanticism. The choice of material plays a big role.

Confused-Direction is a young german furniture and interior design label.

In 2002 designer Flo FLorian sticked together with designer and carpenter Sascha Akkermann and founded the company.
